How do I qualify for assistance?

In order to sign-up please bring the following:

1. Photo ID

2. Proof of Johnson County residency (lease, utility bill, voter ID card, official mail).

3. Income verification

4. Proof of public assistance if you receive any.

5. Date of birth for all individuals in household.

6. SSN or passport to verify individuals in household.

What if I miss my appointment?

Come an hour after we open and we will work you in.

How do I qualify for  CSFP (Senior Box)?

The CSFP box is for a household with a person 60 years of age or older that meets the gross income guidelines and does not receive a box anywhere else.

When are you open for food donations?

Food donations are accepted M-W-F from 12 noon until 3:00 pm and on Th from 10 am to 12 noon.  If this doesn't work for you please call and schedule a drop off.
